After helping family & friends, I now find myself in financial need. Is anyone willing to invest in me?
I have helped family & friends in financial distress. But now that I am financially disadvantaged no one wants to help me. Is there any wealthy people looking to help someone get ahead? My fiance’ is disabled so there is not much income help there. I want to pay off medical bills, property taxes, catch the mortgage up and remodel our home. My credit score is too low to do any financing.

I know they have to come to your house and take pictures but can someone give me some detailed information about the first meeting? We have an appointment set up for a guy to come tomorrow and I am just curious as to what to expect. And who sets the asking price? Do we or does the realtor reccommmed what to ask for the house?
Thanks for any & all information you can give me!

My landlord is wanting to sell this house. He’s giving me an option to buy. I don’t have terrible credit, but it isn’t the best either. The fact I’ve lived here over 3 years & paid perfect rent, would help me in buying this house. I may not be able to buy another house. Some people say I could, but I dont know. Owning your own home would be great, BUT then you have to pay ins, taxes & fix everything that goes wrong. But it’s yours. If you rent, the landlord has to pay all of that & fix problems. But you can’t modify it like you may want & have to follow their rules. In your opinion, is owning or renting a home best?

What idea’s can you come up with?

Thanks in advance,
