I need to find commercial properties for sale by owner in any US city. Preferably office buildings, where can I start?
I am looking to find lists of bank owned foreclosures in California, but I do not want to pay some website to do a search for me. I know B of A has a search, but there are only a couple of listings. Does anyone know how I can get a list of foreclosures in California without having to pay anything?

My last realtor took 5%. I’m listing my home this am with a new realtor and she wants 7.5%. Is this normal?

Who can you ask how safe and good any area is if a realtor recommends a home in certain area? This is San Francisco bay area.
My husband’s job is relocating and we have a relocation package that does not cover selling home. We need to get our home sold fast in this bad market.
We need to find living arrangement in the new state that we are moving to but can afford two payments.
