I am interested in going into real estate, but I’m not sure where to start. How long do I have to study for and how much is it going to cost? Also, how long do I have to work at a real estate agency before I can go out and sell on my on…or do something in the private sector?
I know that real estate is flexible but it is still work. Also it is not steady pay, however, it could bring in decent money. My husband and I have a son now, but I am wondering what I should do. Should I just put that to the side?
