I have been investing in real estate and buying homes for just over 20 years now. I have seen so many of these people selling books and tapes and giving seminars on how to invest in real estate for little or nothing down and be financially secure. But what you get from most of these seminars and courses is a lot of fluff and general information with little valuable content. Most of the information provided you could get from a good real estate agent or real estate law attorney.
I am not a real estate agent or trying to sell you anything. I have been blessed with my success and there is plenty of room for others like you with some basic information.
