My name is Michael and I made a living for 20 years buying and selling property.

I purchased homes, mult-units, and even small apartment complexes.

After a personal issue I moved on to other things, however even with that which destroyed me financially, including my ability to get credit or any kind of a loan or financing.  Yet I was able to purchase a condo for myself with no money down and no payment for the first month.

My payments are less than what most others pay for rent in the same complex and the total I paid for the unit was about $10,000 less than market value.

I made this purchase before the current housing melt down that we are currently experiencing.

So if I can do that with bad credit and no money, think what you can do if you put your  mind to it!!
